FIRST HOME BUYER GETS FOOT ON PROPERTY LADDER WITH THREE HOUSING GRANTS TO PURCHASE A BRAND NEW TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT AT MAASRA
As strong demand for Brisbane property soaks up supply, and with prices of dwellings expected to continue rising over the coming year, boutique residential developer Karam Group is now offering a $10,000 Developer Grant for a limited time to support homebuyers of new apartments at Maasra Apartments Coorparoo.
The $10,000 Maasra Developer Grant is available on all remaining apartments until June 30 to all buyers, from those seeking large, well-appointed two, three and four-bedroom apartments, to first homebuyers looking for a one bedroom apartment.
Maasra Apartments has been warmly received by the Coorparoo community, with more than half the building’s apartment purchasers already living within 10km of the development. The building holds strong appeal for locals, with 92% of apartments sold to people currently living in Brisbane.
With construction well underway and a limited number of apartments remaining for sale at Maasra Apartments, developer Karam Group instated the $10,000 Developer Grant to assist buyers in purchasing their new apartment.
Maasra Apartments Marketing Manager and TOTAL Property Group Managing Director, Adrian Parsons, said the grant aimed to fill some of the gap caused by the HomeBuilder grant expiring at the end of March.
“There’s actually not a lot of product in the marketplace, particularly in Brisbane’s city fringe suburb of Coorparoo as buyers have been very active absorbing the supply,” Mr Parsons said.
“First home buyers, downsizers and even upgraders have been very active since the HomeBuilder incentive was launched and we are now seeing investors returning as the Brisbane market continues to grow.”
All bar two of Maasra’s premier four-bedroom apartments have sold out and not many three-bedroom apartments remain, with a limited number of city view apartments still available.
With two-bedroom apartments starting at $575,000 and one-bedroom apartments starting at $445,000, Maasra Apartments Coorparoo is well positioned to appeal to a wide range of buyers.
“It’s important to us that Maasra’s new residents feel welcome from the outset and start to get a sense of the community we are creating,” Karam Group Director Anthony Karam said.
“Maasra Apartments is going to be a landmark building that will remain a long-lasting legacy for our family who have resided in Coorparoo for many years.
“We are excited about seeing our vision become reality once Maasra is completed at the end of this year and residents begin to move in – it will inject more vibrancy into the area, extending Coorparoo’s already-thriving retail and dining hub.”
Coorparoo is a popular Brisbane suburb and Maasra Apartments offers stylish and spacious apartments in a building designed for lifestyle to complement its prime location right in the heart of a food and beverage hub just a few kilometres from the city centre.
Centrally located on the corner of Holdsworth Street and Old Cleveland Road in Coorparoo, Maasra Apartments is just 4km from Brisbane’s CBD and within walking distance of cafes and restaurants as well as a cinema, supermarkets, medical services, shopping centres and public transport links.
Maasra Apartments offers luxurious living spaces with the look and feel of spacious homes within an elegantly-styled eight-level, 102 luxury apartment building featuring a podium recreational area and resort-style facilities.
Amenities include a 25-metre pool with timber decking, sun beds, beautifully landscaped surrounds, a residents’ lounge and gymnasium, and there will be boutique retail and cafe space on the ground floor and commercial office space on level one.
Prices for one and two-bedroom apartments start at $445,000 and range up to $1.7 million for the now sold-out four-bedroom apartments with city views.
