STAGE ONE SOLD OUT AT MASTERPLAN COMMUNITY RIVERINA GOLD COAST ESTATE
Demand for house blocks located centrally on the Gold Coast, within minutes to the beach has contributed to the quick sell-out of Stage 1 of the Riverina Gold Coast Estate and all 26 lots now sold since launching to the market in April.
Stage One of Riverina Gold Coast Estate, consisting of 26 lots sized from 280sqm to 500sqm with prices starting at $360,000, sold out to a wide range of demographics of purchasers wanting to build their dream home in a prime location within a masterplanned community that features exceptional resort amenities and direct access to the river.
Riverina Gold Coast is a 181-lot masterplan estate being developed by leading residential lifestyle developer Pointcorp on an exquisite 17ha riverfront property at Carrara, formerly known as Villa Private Golf Course.
To be developed over four stages, Riverina Gold Coast Estate offers a variety of house lots ranging in size from 280sqm to 740sqm, priced from $360,000 in Stage One to upwards of $1million for direct riverfront lots in Stage Four, with the estate’s average lot price being $600,000.
Due to the high demand for house blocks of land, developer Pointcorp has brought forward the release of Stage Two to the market, offering 66 lots ranging in size from 300sqm to 630sqm, with prices starting from $460,000.
Some of the key features of this masterplanned estate on the river will be the extensive range of luxury lifestyle facilities, including a state-of-the-art private residents club with a cinema, café, library and gymnasium, plus a 25m swimming pool and children’s playground.
Pointcorp is developing Riverina Gold Coast on a prime riverfront property, with 430m of river frontage that will incorporate a 26-berth marina, as well as a 2.8ha central feature lake, for residents’ exclusive use.
Open green landscaped spaces will create a sense of community, with tennis courts, picnic areas and barbecues connected by a walking track circuit with exercise stations and elevated footbridge crossings traversing the estate.
Construction on the sold-out Stage One of Riverina Gold Coast began in May with property settlements expected to occur from September. Demolition works are currently being carried out on site to remove the old villa from the property, formerly known as Villa Private Golf Course.
Managing the sales of Riverina Gold Coast Stage One, Louka Vitale of ProjX Group, said the estate’s extensive prestige facilities and the current market conditions had generated a high level of interest resulting in the sell-out of Stage One within such a short timeframe.
“With Stage One sold out, we are now releasing Stage Two to the market ahead of schedule,” he said.
“Riverina is the closest new masterplan estate to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, is rich in amenity and has all the necessary infrastructure nearby to support a growing community.
“Selling out Stage One so soon after launching not only shows the level of demand, but also how well Riverina has been received by buyers.”
